of the LSU-UGA game shows an extreme lack of giving the other team credit. 2 of LSU's starting DBs will be 1st round choices, maybe 3, as well as at least 1 LB. LSU plan was to stop up the middle (w/ extra men) and to switch coverages to make Fromm unable to read what he was seeing; he couldn't. LSU could man cover and did well, and the zone coverages were unexpected. If he had thrown to those "wide open" receivers they would not have been wide open when the ball arrived. On TV you only see where the DBs are when the ball is downfield and away from the "wide open" receivers.

UGA mistake was not giving the ball to Holyfield, Swift et al more.
